Current Laws
Tenant laws and protections are determined by where you live. Most of these are created at the state level. We want to connect you to the best local resources, including the right legal services and fair housing organizations if needed.
All Orange County cities follow the CA state laws. Currently, three cities have additional tenant protections: Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and Buena Park.*
